• Sound knowledge in MS word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint.

• Ability to work under pressure & complaint handling.

Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for leading the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy.

• Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Factory.

• Maintain stock position according to Software System.

• Check & forwarded of monthly materials receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report.

• Strategically managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delivered to the floor in a timely manner.

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.

• Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods.

• Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials.       

• Any other task given by management from time to time.
