Responsibilities & Context

• Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our wide range of insurance products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Lead a marketing team to achieve the agreed business target in Personal lines and also look-after Company’s Director business.
• Create new customer as well as expand uncovered area.  Ø Analyze the monthly target vs achievement and take necessary action based on finding.
• Daily clients visit and potential client hunting & meeting.
• Creating engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and print materials, to enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement.
• Take a proactive role in business development and the delivery of pitches at prospect sales meetings by leveraging extensive insurance experience.
• Identify customers’ needs and provide solution or alternatives whenever possible to satisfy customers.
• Handle customers’ enquiries promptly, politely, accurately and within our service target.
