Define strategic direction aligning with market trends and customer preference for printer.
Develop and negotiate contract terms (Certificate, NDA, MoU, AMC, Service agreement, Spare Parts availability, etc.).
Finalize PO/PI, SKD/CKD BOM, customization checklist, pre-inspection checklist, IQC/PQC/OQC checklist, SOP with suppliers ensuring best procurement practices.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in printer technology.
Develop comprehensive product plans, including pricing, positioning, and marketing strategies.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle of printer.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to define printer features, specifications, and user experience.
Ensure all printers meet strict quality standards through rigorous testing and validation processes.
Plan and execute product launches, including promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and PR initiatives.
Communicate with suppliers to develop molds and assist in the entire manufacturing process.
