    Trading or Export/Import, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Automobile, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Having the working experience in sales & marketing on any industrial equipment, material handling equipment and earthmoving equipment will get priority.
  • You have to work under a Head of Department of industrial equipment sales.

Responsibilities & Context

JOB CONTEXT:

We are looking for a high-performing Deputy Sales Manager to help the department Head to meet sales growth, sales targets, customer requirement and revenue growth by keeping company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for leading & monitoring our sales team potential, implementing sales plans & strategies under supervision of the Head of Department of Material Handling Equipment and industrial equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve monthly, yearly sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Implement strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Leading & monitoring a sales team of Industrial products under the supervision of Head of the department
  • Ensuring collection of sold products from the customers
  • Monitoring activities & performance of sales representatives and evaluate·
  • Helping to create effective sales team by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Head of the department
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them·
  • Perform any special assignment from Management time to time.
