Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of trims and packaging materials.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Manage the warehouse team, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize inventory management and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to facilitate seamless supply chain operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and warehouse operations for upper management.
