Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Civil, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil Engineering

• Diploma/ B.Sc. in Electrical/Mechanical/ Civil Engineering.

Experience

• 3 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

• Experienced in installation work and the engineering field.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear knowledge on NFPA 13, 14, 20, 72, 101 & BNBC Part-4.
• Applicant from Chittagong will get preference.
• Good knowledge on AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, Photoshop.
• Good co-ordination and team working skills.
• Able to take pressure and handling projects.

Responsibilities & Context

• System designing, BOQ preparing and estimation of Fire sprinkler, Standpipe, Fire pump, Suppression, Fire alarm and detection system and passive fire protection system.
• Site visit, project planning, project management, project monitoring, team building, team coordinating, dealing with clients and consultants.
• Driving the installation team, team building and instructing technicians.
• System implementation, Site management & coordinating projects.
• Testing, commissioning, Supervision & quality control at site
• Facing audit and documentation as per requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international fire safety codes and standards (BNBC, NFPA, etc.).
