Position Name: Designer – Jersey.

Job Responsibilities

• Create original jersey designs that reflect current trends and brand aesthetics.
• Develop detailed technical sketches, patterns, and specifications for jersey production.
• Ensure designs are functional, durable, and comfortable for athletes.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences.
• Analyze feedback and performance data to refine and improve designs.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the production process.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity through innovative and cohesive designs.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s guidelines and vision.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of design processes, revisions, and final outcomes.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Make necessary adjustments based on feedback to achieve the desired final product.
