About Us

Hector Technologies is a Dhaka-based Commercial Firm.

What we are looking for

We are seeking talented professionals in the following areas (including but not limited to):

• Software Developers (Frontend / Backend / Full Stack)

• Web Application Developers

• Game Developers (Mobile / PC / Console)

• DevOps Engineers

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Unity, Unreal Engine) are a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience.
• Experience working on live projects or in international teams is an advantage.

Language Requirements

• Minimum English Language Level: B1
• Proficiency in German is a plus.

Terms & Conditions (May vary according to employer’s policy)

• Contract: Minimum 6 months (extendable)
• Working Hours: Standard 40 hours/week; additional hours compensated
• Leave: 30 days paid annual leave + public holidays
• Visa & Relocation: Long-stay “D” Visa;
• Additional Perks: Spouse/family visa support, employer pension contributions
• Visa Processing Time: Approx. 6 months
• Service Charge: Payable only after VISA approval

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software, web, or game applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
• Identify and troubleshoot system/software issues
• Ensure version control and code documentation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge
• Follow European software development standards and best practices

• Programming Languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, Java, PHP)

• Frameworks & Tools (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Laravel, Unity, Unreal)

• Web Development & API Integration

• DevOps and CI/CD Tools

• Game Engine Knowledge (for game dev roles)

• Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Agile/Scrum Methodologies

• Cultural Sensitivity and Communication
