Requirements
Education
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master’s in any discipline from a reputed public/private university. Preferably Marketing/Business studies.
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Age May be relaxed for highly experienced personnel.
- Minimum 05 years of working experience in any financial institutions/multinational company/FMCG/TELCO/NGO.
Responsibilities & Context
- To lead the Marketing Personnel of the Company
- Set business targets for agents and monitor their performance regularly
- Support agents in generating business and achieving sales objectives
- Identify and develop potential markets for life insurance products
- Coordinate with the branch offices to ensure smooth operations and customer service
