• Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Additional Requirements

Experience:

• Previous experience in product development or merchandising in the RMG sector.

Attention to Detail:

• Keen eye for detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.

Time Management:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Assist in planning production schedules and timeliness.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software.

Analytical Skills:

• Ability to analyze costs, market trends, and production capabilities.

Communication Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities & Need to do Communication and style meeting with UK and China team.
