The role:
- The position of Development Trainee – IT requires a young IT professional who can deliver IT support services that include hardware, software, and networking support to Oxfam users in Bangladesh.

Compensation & Other Benefits
- As per Oxfam National E1 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT 569,997.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
