Qualification Requirements:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of AWS and Digital Ocean platforms.
• Proficiency in managing Linux/Unix-based servers.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.

Programming & Scripting:

• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Professional experience of Python development will be a plus.
• Experience with configuration management tools.

DevOps Tools:

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in systems and workflows.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience working closely with Teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure using Local Servers, AWS, and Digital Ocean.
• Ensure system uptime and optimal performance.

2. CI/CD Pipeline Development:

• Build and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline software development workflows.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.

3. Server Management:

• Monitor and manage local and cloud-based servers, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Perform server configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

4. Backup & Recovery:

• Establish and maintain robust backup solutions for all software and infrastructure systems.
• Implement disaster recovery plans and conduct periodic testing.

5. Software Maintenance:

• Ensure timely updates of applications, libraries, and dependencies.
• Work closely with development teams to support the deployment of updates and resolve issues.

6. Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with the Machine Learning Team to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of AI models.
• Collaborate with the QA Team to integrate testing processes into CI/CD pipelines and maintain high software quality standards.
• Collaboration with the development team for the deployment process.

7. Security & Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security best practices, including firewall configurations, monitoring, and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

8. Monitoring & Optimization:

• Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar for performance monitoring.
• Continuously identify and resolve system bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
