  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales techniques and best practices.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing.
  • Computer skills for entering details onto the system.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure whilst prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary:

Our company is on the hunt for a talented and experienced DGM/AGM for Sales & Marketing to lead our sales department. We need a self-motivated professional with proven managerial experience and an outstanding track record in sales & marketing. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Primary duties include: collaborating with senior team to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads.

The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creating / advancing / executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Responsible to meet the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.
  • Achieve sales target in order to increase sales.
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
  • Working with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Fostering enduring bonds with clients to increase client loyalty.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Apply understanding of business objectives when conducting marketing activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of sales teams.
  • Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.
  • Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients.
  • All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
