Responsibilities:

Work closely with the higher management on organizational Compliance issues.
Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh.
Should have capacity to handle all the Buyers audit
To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, social / ethical /Better work/SLCP/ environmental/Higg / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit.
Ensure 100% Implementation of buyer’s COC, Labor Law 2006 & Factory rules-2015.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Should have sound knowledge about RSC requirements
Should have nicely Communication skills with Buyer about social compliance issues.
Should have nicely Communication skills with RSC about there requirements.
To monitor and control the internal audit team.
Should have controlling power to ensure the production floor compliance as per requirements.
Will be responsible for all compliance activity & communication with proper team.
Will be responsible for social, technical, quality & chemical audit as per requirement of Auditor.
