Responsibilities & Context

The Head of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for defining, leading, and executing the overall brand and marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. This role will oversee all branding, communication, and marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision and goals.

  • Design strategies for all Marketing teams including Branding, Digital marketing, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and branding team.
  • Position the brand effectively in the marketplace to differentiate it from competitors.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Prepare and execute necessary promotions, offers and engagement activities to ensure product sales.
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.
  • Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Ensure qualified lead, call center actions & proper data management.
  • Ensure proper vendor and agency communications for sustainable and effective results.
  • Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
  • Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.
