Responsibilities & Context
RR Washing Limited, a concern under Beximco Textiles & Apparel Division has world-class garments manufacturing and washing facilities supplying a wide range of world-class readymade garments for internationally reputed buyers, is looking for experienced, dynamic, high potential, and versatile professionals for the above-mentioned positions.
Look after the overall pre-bulk production of washing.
Ensure that the entire washing (pre-bulk) process is going well following SOPs.
Inspect garments for visible stains, defects, or foreign materials before pre-washing.
Sort garments based on fabric type, color, and level of contamination to ensure appropriate washing procedures.
Organize garments into batches for efficient pre-washing based on their sorting categories.
Set up and operate pre-washing machines, ensuring the correct settings for different fabric types.
Measure and add appropriate amounts of detergents, stain removers, and other chemicals as required for the pre-wash.
Ensure the correct chemical handling procedures are followed to prevent damage to garments and machinery.
Monitor the pre-washing process to ensure garments are effectively cleaned of surface contaminants.
Maintain detailed records of the pre-washing process, including time, temperature, chemical usage, and any issues encountered
Work closely with team members in the washing and finishing departments to ensure a seamless workflow.
