  • At least 14 years of progressive experience in HR function which out of 7 years in real estate sector in the leadership role.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, HR Operations, Human Resource Management·
  • Should have strong leadership capability, good communication skills & team building capacity.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

The position holder will be responsible for policy making, process development, SOP, organizational culture development & develop internal talent pipeline which will create an agile performance team across the organization & make sure organizations growth.

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Develop HR strategies and policies.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, and development.
  • Manage performance cycle (Annual Appraisal).
  • Manage employee relations and payroll.
  • Develop a culture for performance but not be directly responsible for top-line/revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee administrative functions and facilities management.
  •  Develop internal talent development program to ensure leadership role pipeline.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process for the company & do the performance appraisal on time.
  • Manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.
  • Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly/Quarterly in line with the business plan.
  • Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.
