Nationality of Candidate: Bangladeshi/ Local.
The candidate must have the required technical and management know-how.
The candidate has to have strong leadership, decision making & problem-solving capacity.

The candidate shall be responsible for reorganizing & leading our IE Department with highest level of efficiency and dedication.
The candidate shall ensure that all the team members of the IE Department perform their duties and responsibilities spontaneously, as per their JD & management approved work plan.
The candidate shall work on maintaining necessary coordination & cooperation with all stakeholders.
The candidate has to collect and preserve required data/ info, do different kinds of analysis, and use the data/ info to perform departmental activities more efficiently.
The candidate shall ensure proper execution of IE-related technical work as per Industry/ Business trends, Buyer’s requirements & Management Guidelines.
To introduce & implement IE-related new techniques/ plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas/ techniques do not work well.
To meet the deadline (if any) set by Buyer/ Management.
Ensure automation, transparency, accountability, and proper documentation in the IE Department.
Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.
The individual needs to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.
To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
