Nationality of Candidate: Bangladeshi/ Local.
The candidate must be technically high-sounding in all kinds of Knit Garments Production work and self-driven.

The candidate shall be responsible for leading our Sewing section with the highest level of efficiency and dedication.
The candidate shall ensure that all the team members of the Sewing section perform their duties and responsibilities most efficiently and as per their JD & management-approved work plan.
The candidate shall work maintaining necessary liaison, coordination & cooperation with all section/ department heads and stakeholders.
The candidate shall ensure proper execution of sewing-related all work as per Industry/ Business trends, Buyers’ requirements & Management Guidelines.
Run & lead day-to-day operations smoothly as per plan & ensure continuous development of the Sewing section and its employees.
Maintain compliance, quality standards, and proper housekeeping at all times as per buyers’ requirements.
To introduce & implement production-related new techniques/ plans/ ideas whenever current plans/ ideas/ techniques do not work well.
To meet the deadline (if any) set by Management/ Buyers.
Ensure transparency, accountability, automation & proper documentation in the sewing section.
Individuals need to be up to date with the latest practices & innovations.
Trained up team members as required and ensured proper teamwork among team members.
Report to Management properly on the basis of KPI & proceed further as per Management guidelines.
To perform any other task(s) as and when assigned by Management.
