Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
Additional Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the feed, livestock, or agribusiness industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing a large sales team and dealer network.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capability.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for feed and chicks.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, poultry farms, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure sales targets are met and take proactive measures to improve performance.
