Responsibilities & Context

Incorporating new style, approach and orientation in the living, leisure & entertainment standards of the metro dwellers in Bangladesh- The PinkCity Xenovalley©, Rivera ParkCity©, Pingfood©, Yimi’s Green Feast©, ParkCity Resort©, Rivera Amusement World©, Diziland Panorama© have already been attracted by the mass population of this company. There are a lot many things yet to be delivered by the entrepreneurs of this group of companies. We are now looking for the following persons urgently who can come forward to take the challenges immediately.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • The person should have verifiable experience in design, planning and executing appropriate sales and promotional activities of upscale real estate properties such as bungalows, villas, town-houses, condominiums, luxury apartments including searching out appropriate customer segments and prospects in the most decent ways.
  • He/She must have demonstrative experience in formulating to-the-point promotion and branding activates in print, electronic and social media including creation of video contents, tvc and other appropriate outputs.
  • He/She should be expert in the execution of advertisement, promotion and branding activities of different resorts, hotels, motels, entertainment hubs, amusement & tourism parks etc in terms of their rental & usage outcome and sales with certain profitability targets in home and abroad.
  • The person should be capable to execute the advertisement, promotion and branding activities of different types of restaurants, cafes, cuisines, food courts, snacks & burger outlets, tea & coffee shops, juice dispensers etc, installed and operated within the resort area focusing the highest customer turn out.
  • He/She must have sufficient capacity to handle all sorts of activities of advertisement, promotion and branding of sales and rental turnout of resort/hotel customers, cuisine & culinary services, recreational and entertainment facilities in the most decent and professional ways.
  • Should be capable in target oriented sales outcome from different property rentals and/or sales proceeds, usage and ride rents from different recreational facilities and amenities, incomes from different restaurants, food courts, shops, and other commercial stores and outlets and should be expert in ensuring the targeted achievement on time.
  • The incumbent should have practical knowledge in assessing appropriate customer segments for business promotion.
  • Capable in building durable relationship with the customers and be enable to maintain such relationship future business promotion.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, targeting key market segments, corporate clients, events, and leisure travelers.
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities for business expansion while maintaining a strong focus on the existing client base.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract guests, and drive reservations.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to optimize online visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Drive targeted email marketing and direct marketing campaigns to engage potential and existing guests.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce engaging content, including digital assets, social media posts, videos, and print materials.
  • Monitor timely performance of the assigned job by the employees.
  • Hardworking and can do assigned duties & responsibilities with positive attitude.
  • Any other jobs & tasks assigned from time to time by the management.
