Excellent knowledge of construction materials, modern construction techniques, and equipment usage.
Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and automation based construction monitoring tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and contractor/vendor management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and deliver within deadlines.
Experience with integrated infrastructure, including utilities, landscaping, and road networks.
Familiarity with green building practices and sustainable construction technologies.

Oversee end-to-end construction management of all civil works (residential, commercial, and infrastructure)
Lead the execution of multi-tower high-rise structures, basements, podiums, and infrastructure development including roads, drainage, and utilities.
Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Manage and supervise a large team of engineers, supervisors, and contractors on site.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, clients to ensure project alignment and compliance.
Monitor project costs, expenses, and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project statuses, performance, and other relevant metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
