Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • At least 2 years

    Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta ads.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing successful ad campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Japanese Cars will get special preference.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a skilled Digital Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns and will also be responsible for developing and executing strategies for Social Media Marketing (SMM).

Google Ads Management:

    • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments to achieve KPIs.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Management:

    • Develop, manage, and optimize Meta ads to increase brand visibility and conversions.
    • Create compelling ad creatives and audience-targeted campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI.
    • Analyze campaign performance, optimize ads, and adjust strategies based on real-time data.

Social Media Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategy to increase engagement and brand presence.
    • Collaborate with the content team to align social media activities with broader marketing goals.
    • Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare detailed reports on the performance of digital ads and social media campaigns.
    • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for improving overall digital marketing efforts.
