  • Must be an expert on B2B Digital Marketing technique (Email Marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Generation)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Google Suite.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel)
  • Communication skills in English & Bangla.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
  • Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, create ad creatives, and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and drive qualified traffic to the organization’s website.
  • Create engaging content (written, and visual) to promote our services and job opportunities.
  • Manage social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads and YouTube.
  • Generate leads through targeted online advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Boosting, SEO/SEM/PPC, Social Media and Web advertising, Google Ranking of Any Website, E-mail Marketing.
  • Strong Knowledge of Content writing to get audience engagement.
  • Strong Knowledge of Researching through Google or other studies to find out new things.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools for competitors’ research and Audience Research.
  • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
