Responsibilities & Context

• The incumbent will have Social Media, Maintenance & YouTube Channel Editing expertise.

• Digital Marketing on Real Estate & other products.

• Knowledge & experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing & Social Business Platform.

• Troubleshooting on Information Networking.

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies, including blogs, articles, and social media content.

• Optimize digital media buying strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, and others.

• Experience with Facebook ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or other data tracking tools is a plus.

• Conduct audience research and analysis to create highly targeted Facebook ad campaigns.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.

• Maintain relationships with media vendors and negotiate terms for ad placements.
