Responsibilities & Context
Digital Sales Strategy Development:
-
Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales strategies for both B2B and B2C segments, utilizing a mix of email, social media, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure digital campaigns align with company goals and address both retail and wholesale customer needs.
Email Marketing and Lead Nurturing:
-
Create targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and close sales.

This includes segmenting contact lists for B2B and B2C, personalizing content, and using automation to manage lead nurturing flows.

Track email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for higher engagement and conversion.
B2B and B2C Digital Outreach:

Manage direct outreach to potential clients and partners via digital channels (emails, calls, LinkedIn) for B2B, and engage with B2C audiences through social media, ads, and direct response campaigns.

Organize and conduct online meetings or webinars to educate prospective clients on product features, advantages, and pricing structures.
Product Campaigns and Promotions:

Plan and execute product-focused digital marketing campaigns to promote electronic products across online channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Work closely with the product team to highlight key features, benefits, and new arrivals, ensuring the messaging appeals to both individual buyers and business clients.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Use CRM tools to manage and nurture leads and prospects, tracking the sales funnel and ensuring timely follow-ups with both B2B and B2C contacts.

Analyze customer data from CRM to refine targeting, improve campaign effectiveness, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
B2B and B2C Content Creation:

Develop tailored content, including blogs, case studies, product demos, and testimonials, to engage both end consumers and business buyers.

Collaborate with the content team to create assets that support the buyer’s journey from awareness to conversion for both audience types.
Social Media Management and Engagement:

Manage the company’s social media presence, using platforms like LinkedIn for B2B outreach and Facebook/Instagram for B2C engagement.

Create and schedule posts, respond to customer inquiries, and monitor engagement to build brand loyalty and increase reach.
Sales and Conversion Optimization:

Analyze sales and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization across all digital sales channels.

Implement A/B tests, improve landing pages, and adjust calls-to-action to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and report on key metrics (lead generation, conversions, revenue generated) to measure the effectiveness of digital sales efforts for both B2B and B2C segments.

Use insights from Google Analytics, CRM data, and other reporting tools to adjust and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
Relationship Building and Follow-ups:
