Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:  We are actively seeking a motivated and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Ayash Overseas. The selected individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our online presence to foster connections with travelers globally. This position entails creating and managing engaging content, expanding our social media channels, and enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), including text, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand’s travel services and offerings.
  • Social Media Strategy: Formulate and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Remain abreast of social media trends, platform modifications, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and impactful.
  • Community Engagement: Build and manage a dedicated community of followers by actively engaging with them on social platforms. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a positive and supportive tone.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns (both organic and paid) to promote special offers, new travel packages, seasonal promotions, and unique destinations. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content is consistent with the travel agency’s brand voice, tone, and values. Maintain a uniform appearance and message across all channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance utilizing analytics tools and report on metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, and conversion rates. Employ insights to enhance future content and campaigns.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Collaborate closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and travel bloggers to extend the agency’s reach. Coordinate partnerships to enhance social media visibility and engagement.
  • Customer Feedback & Trends: Monitor customer feedback and industry trends across social media platforms. Provide insights to the marketing team for improved product/service development and customer relationship management.
  •  Stay Current with Industry Trends: Follow the latest developments in the travel industry, social media algorithms, and digital marketing practices to ensure the company’s online presence remains competitive and contemporary.
  • Candidate Must be Capable Of Executing Facebook Advertisement Based On Daily Call Metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a social media manager or in a similar capacity, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, and Sprout Social), and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the capability to generate novel content ideas that appeal to a diverse audience.
  • Strong understanding of travel trends, customer behaviors, and factors that drive engagement in the travel space.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and adhere to deadlines.
  • Passion for travel and a commitment to sharing enticing destinations and experiences.
