• Proficiency in using Tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva, Video editing software and Social Media Marketing.
• Operate professional camera as (DSLR), studio lighting, and audio equipment effectively.

Keystone Development & Consultancy is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for potential and experienced candidates for the position of “Digital Marketer cum Creative Designer (Specialization: Content Creation, Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist)”

Responsibilities:

• Create Banners, Product Image Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
• Advertisements and other communication materials.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and Google Ads banners.
• Optimize video for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.)
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for various projects, including digital ads, corporate videos, cinematic videos, social media content, website and marketing campaigns.
• Edit raw video footage into polished content for Social Media, ads, YouTube and promotional campaigns. Add music, voice-over, subtitles and visual effects where needed. Using industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut, etc.).
• Create motion graphics (2D & 3D) and animations to enhance video content.
• Strong understanding of video and audio editing techniques and technology.
• Creativity and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
• Manage and maintain our Facebook page, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
