Proven Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, SEMrush/Moz/Ahrefs, etc.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM software.

Client Management:

  • Proven ability to hunt for new clients and generate leads.
  • Experience in client communication, including understanding client needs and providing regular updates.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in using analytical tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook ads, Google ads, and SEO strategies. You will also focus on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong communication to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You must be willing to multitask, continuously learn, and possess creative thinking, self-motivation, patience, and a hardworking mentality. Responsibilities and Duties:

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Client Hunting and Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify target audience and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and relationship-building, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities for the business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and deliver detailed reports.
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to improve campaign effectiveness.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and relevant content for marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand and marketing objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic.
  • Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on analytical findings.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors’ digital marketing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered within budget and meet financial objectives.

Training and Development:

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
