Responsibilities & Context

  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals. Researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, implementing, and overseeing online marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display ads.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimizing website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. Managing paid search campaigns (PPC/Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic to websites.
  • Content Creation and Management: Overseeing the creation of digital content (blogs, videos, social media posts, etc.) to engage audiences and promote the brand.
  • Social Media Marketing: Managing the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and developing strategies to grow engagement. Analyzing social media performance and optimizing strategies for better engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer outreach. Segmenting email lists, testing email campaigns, and analyzing metrics to improve performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track and analyze the performance of campaigns.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing a team of digital marketers, content creators, and designers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design for cohesive campaign execution.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously learning and adapting to new digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Content Planning and Strategy: Developing content ideas and a content calendar based on audience needs, marketing goals, and current trends. Conducting research to identify topics that resonate with the target audience and align with brand messaging.
  • Content Creation: Writing, editing, and producing content for websites, blogs, social media, emails, videos, podcasts, and other digital platforms. Creating visually engaging content such as images, graphics, infographics, and videos. Ensuring content is aligned with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.
  • Social Media Management: Creating and scheduling posts for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Engaging with followers by responding to comments, messages, and interacting with the community. Using social media trends to create relevant and shareable content.
  • Video Content Production: Producing and editing videos for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Creating engaging scripts, filming, and editing video content to ensure it meets the brand’s style and tone. Using video editing software to add graphics, effects, and sound to enhance video quality.
  • Content Distribution and Promotion: Sharing content across multiple channels (social media, newsletters, websites) to maximize reach and engagement. Collaborating with influencers or brand partners to promote content. Using paid promotion.
  • Audience Engagement: Responding to comments, messages, and feedback from the audience on different platforms. Monitoring audience engagement and adjusting content strategies accordingly to improve interaction. Creating content that encourages user participation .
  • Analytics and Reporting: Tracking the performance of content using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other content analytics platforms.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Working with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with overall business goals. Coordinating with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to create polished content.
  • Staying Updated with Trends: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and new content formats .Learning about new content formats or software to continually improve content quality and effectiveness.
