Responsibilities & Context

Eminent School of Dhaka(An Islamic English Medium School) and ELC Inspires (an O/A Level coaching center) are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing & Media Officer to lead promotional strategies, manage social media, create content, and boost admissions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, experienced in digital campaigns, and passionate about education marketing.
Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions across school and coaching.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp) and reply to queries.
• Design promotional materials (flyers, brochures, banners).Create, edit, and publish promotional and classroom highlight videos.
• Generate leads and support admission efforts with the Admissions Officer.
• Use AI tools for content generation, automation, and analytics.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and improve website SEO.
• Create trendy, creative content using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools.
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and guide teachers/students for promotional content.
