Job Context:

Zone Sparks Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on generating sales. This role includes the fresh setup, organizing, and reconstruction of our social media platforms. Responsibilities include managing digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, optimizing digital marketing channels and the website, as well as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn SEO. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide suggestions to achieve marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Digital Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, shopping, performance max, YouTube, remarketing) to drive immediate traffic.
  • Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns (display, shopping, remarketing) to effectively target and engage the ideal audience.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media marketing to boost brand visibility and engage audiences.
  • Establish, organize, and manage the entire suite of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Set up, organize, and oversee all YouTube Ads campaigns, creating impactful video advertisements that engage the target audience.
  • Freshly Setup, develop, organize, and manage a comprehensive line of Facebook Ads campaigns, leveraging various formats to reach and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Newly Setup, Create, organize, and manage a complete series of Instagram Ads, utilizing visual storytelling to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Establish, organize, and manage the full range of Twitter Ads campaigns, utilizing the platform’s unique features to reach a wider audience.
  • Initiate, organize, and manage the entire lineup of LinkedIn Ads, targeting professional audiences and maximizing business networking opportunities.

· SEO and Analytics:

  • Conduct website and keyword audits to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and report on website and social media analytics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in using advanced analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics to create custom dashboards, track user behavior, and identify conversion paths.
  • Perform SEO for Google, develop strategies, and provide recommendations to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Optimize YouTube for SEO, enhance content, and offer suggestions to boost discoverability and engagement.
  • Implement SEO for Facebook, develop tactics, and give advice to improve search rankings and organic reach.
  • Conduct SEO for Instagram, develop optimization techniques, and provide suggestions to increase visibility and follower engagement.
  • Execute SEO for Twitter, enhance profiles and content, and offer guidance to boost search engine rankings and audience reach.
  • Apply SEO techniques for LinkedIn, develop strategies, and provide recommendations to improve search visibility and professional networking opportunities.

· Sales Reporting and Target Achievement:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to compile and report sales and inventory updates to the administration.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and present actionable insights to the admin team.
  • Assist Customer Care Executives in interacting with customers and provide innovative ideas to brand promoters for creating engaging videos.
  • Enhance and optimize the web pages for Zone Sparks, Muslin International Limited, Westminster Immigration Center, and Cotton Muslin International.
  • Conduct market and sector positioning analyses, set monthly targets, and compare our performance with competitors.
  • Continuously improve and increase performance daily.
  • Focus on overall sector improvement and business development.
  • Work closely with the sales team to set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms and tools to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.

· Creative Content and Customer Engagement:

  • Create high-quality and eye-catching content (social media posts, blog images, infographics, website banners) for web and social media advertisements.
  • Ensure proper product ads are made with the help of IT and Design Teams and share them on social media platforms, delivering valuable content to customers for better engagement.
  • Engage with the audience through posts and ads, solving any ad-related problems.

· Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, stock controller, website developer, graphic designer, motion graphic designer, and administrative staff to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts.
  • Experience in creating compelling presentations to showcase marketing results and strategies.

· Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
  • Conduct market research on trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumers to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Candidates must be from a reputed University.

Probation Period: 6 months
