Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and data-driven Social Media & Digital Engagement Strategist to lead our digital growth across global platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of content strategy, digital campaign execution, audience engagement, SEO, and performance analytics for all Aspire Group brands including PMaspire, PMO Global Institute (PMOGI), and SMI Inc.You’ll manage cross-platform content initiatives, monitor key KPIs (awareness, engagement, lead conversions), experiment with new channels (TikTok, Instagram), and help us grow a thriving, high-impact digital presence.

Key Job Responsibilities includes:

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Create social media image and video post on daily basis for multiple products and services of the group company
• Drive measurable growth in followers across including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.
• Create fun, engaging, and campaign-based content to drive interaction and visibility
• Plan and execute posts for special days, partner spotlights, and success stories

Content Writing

• Write 5 high-quality SEO-driven articles weekly (800–1000 words each)
• Publish content on websites, LinkedIn, and newsletters
• Ensure alignment with keyword strategy, branding, and value proposition

Performance & Analytics

• Track social media performance
• Monitor lead conversion rates from FB/LinkedIn lead forms (benchmark 10–25%) Maintain lead databases and update insights from campaign data Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on social and email campaigns
