Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will find potential clients online, manage the company’s social media and online presence, and research new projects. This role requires creativity and analytical skills to effectively reach our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through online channels (LinkedIn, professional forums, industry websites).
Build and maintain client relationships, nurturing leads through personalized communications.
Set up and optimize lead generation strategies and tools.

Social Media Management:

Manage and update all company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content aligned with our business goals.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Track key metrics to measure performance, engagement, and growth on social platforms.

Research & Strategy:

Conduct competitive analysis and market research for potential new projects.
Provide insights into industry trends, emerging technologies, and market opportunities.
Assist in creating strategic marketing campaigns based on research findings.

Content Creation:

Develop content for blog posts, social media, and promotional materials that effectively communicate our services.
Collaborate with design teams for graphics or promotional content when necessary.

SEO & Website Management:

Perform regular updates on the company website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO.
Collaborate with web developers for any technical or design changes needed.
