JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including monthly campaign plans and half-yearly marketing calendars.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook & Google).
• Provide regular, detailed reporting on ad performance, website analytics, and social media engagement, highlighting insights for sales conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies and maximize return on investment, including conducting audits for ad compliance and effectiveness.
• Oversee all aspects of social media management, including content creation, engagement, and monitoring performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
