Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and digital tools (Adobe Suite, Power Point, MS Excel), and email/SMS marketing software.
- Creative Mindset: Strong design skills for creating eye-catching e-flyers and EDMs. Experience with graphic design is a plus. To get idea from Airlines product and transform them in different type of e-flyer and EDMs, while need to update time to time.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to make informed marketing decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on storytelling and engaging content creation.

Srillakan Airlines (www.srilankan.com) is an ONLINE Carrier in Bangladesh and is involved both in Passenger and Cargo Operations through its GSA, Wings Spence Aviation Limited. Launched in 1979, Sri Lanka’s National Carrier is an award-winning airline with a solid reputation for service, comfort, safety, reliability, and punctuality. The airline’s hub is at the Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, providing convenient connections to its global route network of 113 destinations in 51 countries.
We are seeking a creative, motivated, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for enhancing SriLankan Airlines’ digital presence across social media, developing and executing online marketing campaigns, and creating visually appealing e-flyers and electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns to keep our market updated.
Responsibilities:
- IBE Sales: Promote IBE Direct Sales channels through www.srilankan.com
- OTA Sales: Engage with OTA (Online Travel Agent) to save the distribution cost.
- Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness, engagement, and following.
- Content Creation: Design and create compelling e-flyers, EDMs, and other digital content to promote SriLankan Airlines’ offerings and updates.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to reach target audiences, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics across digital channels to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to keep SriLankan Airlines at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Creative, to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
