Key Requirements

• Experience:1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, Facebook/Instagram ads, and WhatsApp lead generation.
• Proven track record of running high-converting ad campaigns.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools (HubSpot, Twilio, Zoko), and automation workflows.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for designing marketing materials.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet lead generation targets, and adapt to dynamic strategies.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary: Thinkovity is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in social media marketing, ad boosting, WhatsApp lead generation, and creative content design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing paid social media campaigns, optimizing lead generation funnels, and designing compelling creatives to enhance our brand presence.

The role requires hands-on experience in Facebook & Instagram ads, WhatsApp Business lead generation, and design tools like Photoshop or Canva.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Run and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business API for automated responses and lead nurturing.
• Create and execute click-to-WhatsApp ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram.
• Utilize WhatsApp CRM tool to manage and convert leads efficiently.
• Design visually appealing creatives for ads, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator to create high-quality visuals.
• Develop engaging short-form video content & reels for social media.
• Implement basic SEO strategies for landing pages and social media content.
• Set up Google Analytics & Facebook Pixel to track and analyze campaign performance. Run retargeting campaigns to convert warm leads into paying customers.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting· Monitor key marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for campaign improvements. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and ad policies.
