Strong command of both English and Bangla—formal and conversational.
Clear understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and the digital buyer journey.
Comfortable with platforms like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Data Studio, Mailchimp, and Excel.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing basics.
Organized, curious, self-driven, and growth focused.

Responsibilities & Context

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development & Strategy

Identify and nurture quality leads through platforms like LinkedIn, email, SEO, and digital ads.
Work closely with the sales team to convert digital interest into real business opportunities.
Contribute to client acquisition by combining digital outreach with content-driven campaigns.
Perform market and competitor research to identify untapped growth areas.

Email Marketing & Copywriting

Write clear, persuasive copy for ads, emails, landing pages, and blog content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
Prepare insightful weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Understand user journeys and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance.
Use tools like SEMrush, Google Data Studio, and Excel to track KPIs and ROI.
