- Create draft post in woocommerce
- Assist customer if they have any query on products or service.
- Maintain good communication with customers
- Check and publish customer review on products
- Monitor and track 3rd party courier entry
- Email Marketing campaign setup and monitor
- Assist customer for bKash and card payment over the phone.
