Responsibilities & Context

As the Digital Marketing Manager at Rayns Computer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring various digital campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand identity and business objectives.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that encompass SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
• Create, curate, and optimize content for various digital channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, incorporating innovative strategies into our campaigns.
• Manage and optimize the company website for user experience and search engine visibility.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering their growth and development.
