- Proven experience in SEO (2+ years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Google Ranking Factors & Algorithm Updates
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of WordPress SEO (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.)
- Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, and mobile optimization
- Experience in local SEO, E-commerce SEO, and international SEO is a plus
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Responsibilities & Context
- Develops digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Completes digital marketing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. Maintains training employees.
- WordPress, Copywriting, YouTube Marketing, SMM, LinkedIn, AdWords, Facebook Ads, google Analytics, Database Marketing, Email Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Microsoft Office, Basic Knowledge on Using Computer Hardware and Network Troubleshooting, Communicative English.
