  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing roles.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and industry best practices.
  • Keyword research/analysis for Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
  • Knowledge of content management tools like CMS Hub, Squarespace, or WordPress.

Responsibilities & Context

Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Male & Female both candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize YouTube & Meta Ads campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives.

  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret data from Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

  • SEO, content writing, copywriting, social media marketing, website maintenance, digital marketing, Google Analytics, web analytics, Google Ads, and e-commerce website monitoring.

  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and others, with a focus on seasonal promotions and product launches.

  • Implementing and Managing the Company’s social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.

  • Planning and execution product promotion/ digital campaign (Paid & Free) via reputed social media platforms i.e. Facebook, Google for increasing sales as well as brand awareness.

  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing Update company website regularly.

  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Audience targeting to create high-performing ad creatives.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising

  • Develop digital marketing budget for best utilization of cost. Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e., social media, web, email etc.) to reach the company’s target customers.

  • Contributes to digital marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.

  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Increase & monitor customers and submit daily reports to the authority. Generate new lead.

  • Analyze marketing data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and generate performance reports.

  • Facebook page and YouTube monetization and security should be worked on.

  • AdSense Account and Ad Manager will be responsible for maintaining, creating and security.

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for media campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Develop and implement media buying strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and media preferences.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.

  • Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly Camping calendar, proposal and budget in coordination with brand and digital team.

  • Ensure Effective PR management with latest PR trends & best practice.

  • Marketing strategy and plan should be developed.

  • Work on campaign performance analysis, client reporting and presentation, up selling, cross selling, client retention and satisfaction.

  • Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all services provided to the Client(s).

  • Any other assignment as per the decision of Management.

  • Salary Review: Yearly

  • Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
