Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Professional Certification: At least a 6-month professional course certificate in Digital Marketing.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an immigration firm, multinational company, or advertising agency.
• Key Attributes: Smart, proactive, energetic, punctual, hardworking, result-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience in email marketing, social media marketing (across all platforms), lead generation, and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (both on-page and off-page), copywriting, ad campaign management, and data analytics.
• Expertise in video editing, camera operation, content writing, and video content creation.
• Experience in implementing and managing the company’s social media accounts.
• Advanced skills in social media platforms, including Facebook (Pages & Groups), Ads Manager, Google, YouTube, and more.
• Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns by developing relevant content, publishing across digital channels, and maintaining engagement to reach the company’s target audience.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Expert to lead our online marketing initiatives. This role is crucial to our growth strategy as we expand our presence on social media platforms and our website while strengthening our brand’s digital footprint. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of creative vision and technical expertise, allowing them to produce high-quality visual content, optimize digital platforms, and execute impactful marketing campaigns. This position involves developing digital marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, and managing all aspects of digital campaigns. Strong skills in graphic design, video editing, camera operation, and video content creation are essential for success in this role.

• Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Creative planning and execution of Facebook marketing campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, with a strong understanding of conversion ads, lead ads, and Facebook Pixel for retargeting.
• Providing 24/7 online customer support and phone call assistance.
• Conducting research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and consumer behavior to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
• Achieving sales targets through effective digital marketing strategies.
