At least 3-5 years in the field, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc., are preferred.
Should have in depth knowledge of all field of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context

Develop and design comprehensive training programs and course materials for digital marketing.
Ensure that the curriculum covers key topics such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, web analytics, and paid advertising.
Update the curriculum periodically to reflect current trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing industry.
Deliver engaging, informative lectures and training sessions, both online and in-person, on various digital marketing techniques and platforms.
Explain the principles of digital marketing, including strategy development, customer targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Provide practical, hands-on demonstrations using industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and content management systems (CMS).
Monitor student progress through regular assessments such as quizzes, assignments, projects, and exams.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments based on feedback and results.
Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students for doubts, clarifications, and career advice in digital marketing.
Assist students in building their portfolios by helping them work on live projects or internships related to digital marketing.
Offer career counseling and suggest certifications, resources, and job opportunities in the digital marketing field.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, including algorithm changes on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Share insights from real-world case studies and successful marketing campaigns.
Offer expert advice on emerging digital marketing strategies such as influencer marketing, video marketing, or AI-based marketing.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, videos, tutorials, and exercises to enhance the learning experience.
Create and distribute supplementary learning materials, such as ebooks, blog posts, and online resources.
Develop practical assignments to help students apply theory into real-world scenarios.
Ensure that the courses are being taught in an organized manner, with attention to time management, scheduling, and content delivery.
Collect and analyze feedback from students to improve the quality of training sessions and overall course experience.
Continuously assess training outcomes and implement necessary changes to enhance student satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
Prepare and submit reports regarding course outcomes and student progress to management.
Promote the digital marketing courses offered by the organization through marketing and outreach efforts.
