Responsibilities & Context
Office Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Saturday to Thursday)
Job Location: Niketan, Gulshan 1, Dhaka.
MOM + mini is Bangladesh’s first dedicated maternity fashion brand providing stylish, comfortable, and well-researched-fit clothing for moms. We are growing fast and looking for a data-driven digital marketing expert with experience in the fashion industry to take our brand to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize social media, paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google), and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to drive sales and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content and visuals.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
- Track key KPIs and generate data-driven reports for continuous improvement.
