- Developing and Managing WordPress Websites
- Managing WordPress Plugins (including WooCommerce)
- Developing and Managing LMS using LearnDash Cloud Hosting Platform
- Designing Social Media Posts and Marketing Collateral
- Managing Social Media Channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp)
- Engaging with Prospective and Current Students (both online and offline)
- Utilising Various Applications for Business Development and Process Automation
- Applying Basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Skills
- Managing Online Reputation
