About Us: Edu Consultancy BD is a dynamic and growing organization specializing in Consulting Student. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead our online presence and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining strong relationships with customers, communicating professionally, and resolving customer issues.
• Establishing relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues to mitigate impact on clients
• Providing timely, accurate, and professionally produced data and information to support senior manager’s decision.
• Providing support for the exams team when capacity is an issue at peak times.
• Being involved in the assessment stage, which may include passport requirements and right to work in the country.
• Other tasks given by the management.
