  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).Proficient in computer operations and relevant tools i.e. CRM software.
  • Proven ability to onboard new buyers and secure orders efficiently.
  • Excellent relationships with foreign buyers.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and international business practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
  • Passionate about handicrafts and sustainable products.

Our products cater to a diverse clientele, including fashion designers, retailers, and individual customers seeking bespoke pieces.
  • We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for artisanal crafts, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
  • Oversee domain and hosting setups for websites and landing pages to ensure smooth digital operations.·       Set up Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track user behavior and campaign performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Leverage innovative digital strategies to identify, attract, and acquire new clients.
  • Leverage video editing skills to create high-quality, engaging video content for campaigns.
  • Plan and produce unique, engaging, and impactful content across platform.
  • Manage media buying and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Boost website traffic and search engine rankings through effective SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Any other task assigned by the Project Manager and the management
