• 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
• Google Analytics
• Google Ads
• Social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)
• Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailpoet)
• Content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive marketing copy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, products, and regulations is a plus.

Digital Marketing Specialist

We’re Looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote insurance products and services, drive website traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various online channels, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM/PPC)
• Social Media Marketing (SMM)
• Email Marketing
• Content Marketing
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
• Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, tailored to our target audience in the insurance sector.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
• Manage and maintain the agency’s social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running social media advertising campaigns.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and promote insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the insurance industry.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and guidelines.
