Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media and email marketing strategies. You will work closely with our design and development teams to create compelling content that engages our audience, drives traffic, and generates leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimise and increase engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and implement best practices.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and retain customers.Create visually appealing and high-converting email templates.Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audiences.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Creation:Collaborate with our team to develop content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.Write and edit copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing collateral.Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.
Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyse the performance of social media and email campaigns.Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
